Terms of Service
Zippy Head Shots is proudly owned and operated by Gizmo's Enterprise Inc, based in British Columbia, Canada.
1. Acceptance
By using Zippy Head Shots (the "Service"), operated by Gizmo's Enterprise Inc ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & your photos
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may only upload photos of yourself, or of a person who has given you clear permission for AI headshot generation.
3. License
You retain ownership of your reference photos and generated headshots. You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely to provide the Service.
4. Payments & refunds
Packs are one-time purchases. If a refund is issued, access to the associated headshots is automatically revoked and the files are deleted from our systems.
5. Download window
Paid headshots are available for download for 14 days after payment. After 14 days, files are permanently deleted.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create deceptive, defamatory, sexual, or unlawful imagery, or to impersonate another person without their consent.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated images may vary in likeness and quality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
