Most packs finish in about 20 minutes from the moment you complete checkout. Larger packs (60+ shots) can take up to 45 minutes during peak times. You'll get an email the moment your gallery is ready.
Yes. If your pack doesn't include a look you're happy with, reply to your delivery email within 14 days and we'll re-generate a new batch at no extra cost.

You do. Once delivered, the headshots are yours to keep, edit, and distribute. Zippy Head Shots retains no ownership and never uses your photos to train models.
You have 14 days from delivery to download full-resolution files. After 14 days all originals and reference photos are permanently deleted for your privacy.
Because generation costs are incurred the moment your pack runs, we don't refund completed sessions. If something goes wrong technically, we'll re-run your pack for free.
